Young MBSA together with the pastry cook training center SOUP and the ARIA HOTEL prepared for students an incentive competition. Students had to prepare desserts with music theme – with no fantasy limits. And the final dessert were really good – not even by taste.

The aim of the contest was primarily to motivate students so than the first prize was pastry training under the direction of our Executive Chef David Šašek.

The Aria Hotel held on April 21^st and 25^th 2010 the first „Wedding open door day“. Guests had the unique opportunity to see the spaces of the hotel, CODA Restaurant and beautiful baroque Vrtbovska garden. We had very positive feedbacks which is the best motivation for organizing these events.

Brides-to-be and their friends and families also could experience the latest bridal and honeymoon fashion from wedding studio Nuance and leading Czech designer Jana Berg, see the wedding table presentation and wedding flowers.
