At this accommodation, the Czech Republic’s only music-themed hotel, a Ph.D. musicologist presides over a 5,000-CD library (from Billie Holiday to Beyoncé) and hunts for the hippest jazz club or last-minute opera tickets. The Italian modernist décor and can-do service at this 52-room hotel — not to mention the view of Prague’s 100 spires from the rooftop terrace restaurant, Coda — has attracted guests like Morgan Freeman and Heidi Klum. In 2007, the hotel, which opened in 2003, gained free access to the 18th-century terraced and statue-filled Vrtbovska Garden, which guests can view from the gym while indulging in a Swedish spa massage.

Young MBSA together with the pastry cook training center SOUP and the ARIA HOTEL prepared for students an incentive competition. Students had to prepare desserts with music theme – with no fantasy limits.  And the final dessert were really good – not even by taste.

The aim of the contest was primarily to motivate students so than the first prize was pastry training under the direction of our Executive Chef David Šašek.
