Hotel concept: Josef Blecha
Guests at the luxury Aria Hotel in Prague have the opportunity to enjoy first-hand the work of one of Prague’s most renowned and innovative caricaturists.
Since 1976 Josef Blecha’s work has been published in The New York Times, The New York Times Book Review, The New Yorker, and Playboy. He has held over 30 solo exhibitions.
His imaginative and humorous caricatures of music legends are featured throughout the public spaces of the hotel as well as in the guestrooms. The elegant musical theme of the Aria Hotel is carried through to the CODA Restaurant where guests can enjoy delicious cuisine on Rosenthal tableware, decorated with Josef Blecha’s work. This tableware may be purchased at the hotel alongside a limited edition of individually numbered and signed prints as a memento of a memorable stay.
