Aria Hotel Prague offers both flexible and non-refundable rates, so the cancellation policy depends on the rate selected at the time of booking.

• Flexible Rate – Free cancellation up to the deadline specified in your booking confirmation (typically 48 hours before arrival, depending on the offer).
  If you cancel after the deadline or do not arrive, a cancellation fee of first night's stay will apply.
• Non-Refundable Rate – The reservation is prepaid and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once confirmed
